On October 16, 2024, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Ismatullo Nasredin received the Head of the Programme Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Dushanbe Mr.Willy Kempel.
